Your pass covers Hi-Tea on arrival and a full Gala Dinner — the same spread you remember from last year. Nothing extra to buy at the door.
Dress code
Traditional festive wear. Chaniya choli, kediyu, kurta — bring the colour. Comfortable footwear strongly recommended; you will be dancing for hours.
Timings
Doors open 6:00 PM. Dandiya begins 7:00 PM. Event closes 10:30 PM. Arrive early — entry queues are longest between 7:00 and 8:00 PM.
Parking
Free parking is available at the venue. No separate charge and nothing to book in advance.
Kids
Children under 4 ft enter free and do not need a pass. Anyone 4 ft and above needs their own pass, because every pass is scanned individually at the gate.

Frequently asked
How do I pay? I don't see a card option.
Payment is by UPI. Scan the QR code shown on the booking form with any UPI app, pay the exact amount, then upload the payment screenshot in the same form. We verify it manually and email your pass.
How long until I get my pass?
We verify payments by hand, so allow up to 24 hours. You will get an email with your pass and its QR code as soon as it clears. If 24 hours pass with nothing, contact us with the mobile number you booked with.
Why is the price ₹1,199 and not ₹999?
₹999 is the Early Bird price and it is limited to the first 300 passes. Once those are gone the price moves to ₹1,199 for the remaining 700. The booking form always shows the live price and how many Early Bird passes are left.
What does the pass include?
Entry for the full evening, Hi-Tea on arrival, and the Gala Dinner. Live singers, live Garba and DJ Dandiya are all included. Parking is free.
Do children need a pass?
Children under 4 ft in height enter free and need no pass. Anyone 4 ft and above needs their own pass. We check height at the gate, not age.
I booked 3 passes. Do I get 3 QR codes?
Yes. Each pass has its own number and its own QR code, and each is scanned separately. Your group does not have to arrive together.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, free parking is available at PSR Convention Hall. No charge and no advance booking needed.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
No. Passes are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please be sure of your plans before you pay, because we cannot reverse a UPI payment once your pass has been issued.
Can I give my pass to someone else?
Yes. A pass admits whoever presents it first, so you can forward it. Note that a pass scans once only — after it has been used for entry it will not work again.
I paid but uploaded the wrong screenshot. What now?
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89042 92049 with the mobile number you booked with and the correct screenshot. Do not pay again — we will match it to your existing booking.
I lost my pass email. How do I get it back?
Search your inbox for your pass number — it is in the email subject line. If you cannot find it, contact us at mymctrlblr@gmail.com or +91 89042 92049 with the mobile number or email you booked with and we will resend it.
Are passes available at the gate?
Online sales close at 12:00 noon on 17 October 2026. Gate availability is not guaranteed and depends on remaining capacity — book online to be certain of entry.
Is the price final?
Yes. The price shown is the final, tax-inclusive amount. There is no convenience fee and no service charge added at checkout.
